JOB OPPORTUNITY – STORE MANAGER

Specialty Gift & Home Décor Boutique – Saint-Sauveur

Position Type : Full-time including weekends

Start Date : To be discussed

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an  exceptional, personalized, and welcoming customer experience .
• Oversee the  day-to-day operations of the boutique , including scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, cash handling, and administrative follow-ups.
• Lead and manage the team : recruitment, training, supervision, engagement, and motivation.
• Ensure a  visually inspiring and well-maintained store presentation  aligned with the brand’s refined, chalet-inspired aesthetic.
• Work closely with ownership to  suggest ideas, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the growth of the boutique .
