The Child and Family Programs Division of the Ministry of Social Services requires a highly motivated, innovative and skilled Subject Matter Expert to provide testing support for the Linkin Enterprise Case Management and Payment system and EBMP project, including the associated data collection and financial reporting. The position will be a 6-month term, reporting to the Manager of Information Technology and Business Intelligence.
In this position, the Subject Matter Expert acts as a support and change agent by providing a lead role in functional testing and improvement activities regarding the Linkin system and reporting. Specific responsibilities include :
The successful candidates will have knowledge and experience with CFP case management practices within the Linkin system. You will have knowledge of CFP policies, including authority for payments and business processes for CFP, Finance and Corporate Services. Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and IBM COGNOS reporting would be considered an asset.
You will have significant experience using the Linkin system, working with standard office technology (Specifically Word, Excel and SharePoint) and communication tools, screen capture tools. You will need to be a quick learner with new technology. You will have strong verbal and written communication, problem solving, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills with an enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams. You will be required to deliver information in various presentation styles and formats to both small and large groups of individuals using different methods.
