Our well-established client in Cambridge is looking to hire a VP of Finance for their team. While reporting to the President, the VP of Finance will handle all accounting and finance functions for the company across multiple international locations. You will manage and lead a Finance and Accounting team of 8.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to align with the companies’ goals
  • Oversee and prepare capital expenditure budgets, and annual operations
  • Develop and manage the necessary reporting for all operating and KPI requirements
  • Work with the Executive Team to prepare and present the annual fiveyear strategic plan
  • Evaluate the functions of the Finance department and recommend improvements to strengthen operational performance
  • Provide insightful analysis on key trends and variances
  • Assist with the addition of potential acquisition targets by evaluating and integrating them into the company

    • Keys :

  • CPA is required
  • Must have at least 10 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Acquisition integration experience would be an asset
  • Experience reporting to a foreign parent company would be an asset
  • Previous Public accounting experience is an asset however not a requirement
