Note : This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential – no base salary. The draw amount ensures you’re supported with steady pay while you build your driver pipeline, and your earned commissions are applied against that draw.

THE ROLE

As a Driver Recruiter, you’ll help grow our fleet by developing and executing strategies to attract and retain qualified drivers. You’ll use your knowledge of the transportation industry, along with hiring websites, social media, networking, and trade shows, to keep Scotlynn connected to the best driver talent out there.
