Position Overview :

As a Co-op Student youll assist with electrical engineering initiatives provide technical support and develop technical drawings and bills of materials for Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar equipment.

For this position the expected hourly rate is between $26 and $28 per hour.

Job Description :

• Learn and understand all the CAT engines and generator set offerings both in Diesel and Natural gas along with sub-systems.
• Develop technical drawings and bills of material as assigned based on the discipline of expertise and project requirements.
• Design assemblies parts or systems as defined to meet customers scope and requirements.
• Liaison with internal and external suppliers / clients to develop solutions.
• Provide engineering staff drafting support and perform misc. technical and routine tasks.
• Determine system operating parameters / requirements for Caterpillar and non caterpillar equipment.
