Job description

We arerecruiting qualified Automotive Glass Technicians in Victoria BC.Reliable and certified Techs will integrate into an establishedteam while providing quality repairs and restore services todamaged motor vehicle body parts.

COMPENSATION

28 $30 per hour (flat rate) productionbonuses
BonusTiers : Extra compensation for exceeding the semimonthly thresholdof billed time : (110 134 hours) (135 160 hours) (161 hours)

AutomotiveGlass Technicians that excel in this role should have experiencewith Auto Body and VehicleMaintenance.

Responsibilities :

Conductprecise windshield installations andrepairs

Assessand diagnose automotive glassdamage

Performprecision cutting for various vehiclemodels

Adherestrictly to safety standards duringwork

Provideexcellent customer service and addressconcerns

Maintainaccurate records of work and customerinteractions

Conductquality checks to ensure industrystandards

Inspectand maintain tools and equipmentregularly

Requirements :

Technicalexpertise in automotive glassrepair

Relevantcertifications as an Automotive GlassTechnician

Strongattention to detail and precision inwork

Problemsolvingskills for varied repairsituations

Excellentcustomer service and communicationskills

Automotive repair experience Valid Driver s License Installationexperience Reads blueprints, instructions and schematics ComputerLiterate (Word, Excel, Browser, etc.) Ample Tool Collection

Education
