About the Role
We are looking for a
Hydrogen & Electrical Engineer
to design, simulate, and integrate
electrical power, control, and avionics systems
for hydrogen-powered UAV platforms. This role focuses on electrical architecture, power electronics, control systems, and system-level simulations across energy and propulsion subsystems.
Key Responsibilities
Design
electrical architectures
for hydrogen-powered UAV systems
Engineer
power distribution, control, and monitoring systems
Perform
system and subsystem simulations , including :
Fuel cell power and control subsystem
Battery management and energy distribution subsystem
Electric propulsion and motor control subsystem
Avionics and communications power and signal interfaces
Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic
Integrate
embedded systems, sensors, and control interfaces
Support
testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Implement
functional safety, redundancy, and fault detection concepts
Ensure compliance with applicable
electrical, aerospace, and safety standards
Produce technical documentation, test procedures, and reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering
or related discipline
5+ years of experience in electrical or power systems engineering
Strong background in
power electronics, controls, and instrumentation
Experience with
electrical system simulation and modeling
Knowledge of
UAV avionics or propulsion power systems
Proficiency with electrical design tools (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, MATLAB, or similar)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
hydrogen fuel cells, battery systems, or electric propulsion
Familiarity with
aerospace electrical standards
Exposure to
model-based design and simulation
