Wetaskiwin Co-op is located in central Alberta operating in 9 locations in 5 communities of Wetaskiwin, Innisfail, Camrose, Edmonton and Falun. We operate in a variety of product lines including consumer hardware, building products, crop inputs, petroleum, liquor and feed manufacturing. Areas of responsibility

Reporting to the General Manager, the Falun Branch Manager takes a hands‑on approach to leading the store’s daily operations to ensure a safe, efficient and welcoming environment. Duties will include but are not limited to :

• Lead, schedule, train and support a team of employees, ensuring all talent management processes are successfully implemented and followed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong relationships with members and customers.
• Execute the financial plan within the established budget, including handling cash controls, basic financial reporting, and expense management.
• Manage multi‑commodity inventory, ordering, merchandising, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all cooperative policies and procedures, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support local initiatives and uphold cooperative values in the community.
