Responsibilities
- Supporting 3 executives including the CEO
- Oversee calendar management, meetings and events organization, travel management
- Oversee incoming and outgoing communication
- Administrative support including reports and meeting notes
- Project coordination including documentation, organizing, progress reports
- Planning and organizing events
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant. Experience supporting executives is an assetExperience within the Real Estate Development industry is an assetExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExcellent relationship management skillsAble to multitask
