- Navigate the urban landscape of The Pas, executing local pickups and deliveries with precision and care
- Operate a Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations
- Handle packages of various sizes and weights, ensuring proper loading and unloading techniques
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any relevant documentation
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety
- Collaborate with dispatch and fellow drivers to optimize routes and delivery efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Adapt to changing weather conditions and delivery priorities with flexibility and professionalism
- Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices
