Salary : $130-$140K, negotiable based on experience, LOA, Bonus, Year round work

Our client would like to bring on a diligent, reliable and knowledgeable Superintendent who is eager to grow with the company.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, specifically within utility installation and earthworks or hybrid experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and evaluate site performance is essential
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders
• Technical knowledge and project experience related to utility installation and earthworks on commercial / industrial site development and / or road / highway construction
• Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other documents
