HealthPro Heritage is seeking a compassionate, motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at a highly respected nonprofit Life Plan Community. This is a unique opportunity to provide therapy across a full continuum of care, including short-term rehab, skilled nursing, and outpatient services, all within a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Full-Time Wage Range : $59 - $64 per hour, based on experience
