Job Description
CEDA is currently seeking a Contract Analyst for our Contracts team based out of our Calgary, AB location.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Review, draft and red-line various external commitment and complex contractual documents in compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelinesOversee and maintain tracking systems for contractual and legal matters, including document execution and management of team databases and systemsCollaborate with various parties on associated contractual and legal documents from intake through to execution and implementationCoordinate the review, execution and system upload of contract administration related documents including amendments and certificates of insuranceMaintain and coordinate the update of contractual proformas, guidelines, etc.Ensure all commitments have the required level of approvalsProvide periodic status reports and assist with the roll-out and implementation of contractual obligations and terms to relevant stakeholdersOther duties as assignedRole Specifications :
7+ years’ experience in a corporate legal or contracts department is requiredSpecific industry experience considered an assetHigh school diploma is requiredHigh-level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersStrong computer skills in relation to Microsoft Word, Sharepoint, Power Point, Excel, Adobe, WorkShare and online signature platformsSkills :
