Job description

Please note that we require Colleagues to be onsite 3 days a week at our Bathurst & Lakeshore location.

The Sr. Manager of Loyalty Growth’s focus will be leading the strategy and execution of loyalty offerings and initiatives for our supplier partners. This individual will be responsible for intimately understanding how vendors participate in PC Optimum today and contributing to the development of strategies to support increased engagement through new offer types and programs. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for executing new offer types with select vendors and supporting the management of vendor relationships.

What You'll Do :

Be the owner of all loyalty products and programs available to supplier partners and make decisions on the right mix of offerings while also managing resourcing for execution

Lead the launch of new vendor pilot programs including liaising with various internal stakeholders, executing on offer types and managing the measurement of results

Work with a sales team to scale existing programs in order to grow vendor revenue and investment through the development of realistic targets, creation of sales materials and providing subject matter expertise on the programs

Work with internal divisional stakeholders to improve on programs to ensure they deliver positive return for suppliers while also having positive impact on divisional sales

Leverage offer results and analytics to review performance of new offer types and make recommendations on how to improve in the future

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including divisional merchandizing teams, legal, technology, Data Insights and Analytics, Loyalty Operations and finance

Manage a team who will support you on the execution of all loyalty offerings. Support their growth and development while managing their workload and capacity

Does this Sound Like You?

University Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or other relevant field

5 - 7 years related work experience. Experience ideally in Retail, Loyalty, CPG industry, or Consulting would be an asset

A Passion for partnerships and delivering exceptional programs for partners / clients

Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint)

Experience working with large data sets and leveraging data to drive insights and recommendations

Strong ability to build presentations and present complex ideas in a clear, articulate way

Self-starter : demonstrated initiative and willingness to take ownership and learn

A creative and curious thinker who is comfortable working with ambiguity, ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional teams internally as well as externally

Effective organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
