Typical Workday

As a member of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel.

Sales Responsibilities

Train team members in customer support, sales techniques, and product knowledge

Welcome customers and help them find products, answering questions and explaining features

Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team

Ensure smooth store operations and outstanding customer service

Achieve personal sales goals (training provided)

Share information to reach joint sales goals

Human Resources Responsibilities

Mobilize team to create a positive work environment and foster excellence

Bring vision, mission, and brand culture to life and share with the team

Demonstrate leadership and serve as an inspiring role model

Build a high‑performance team : recruit, prepare, and train new employees; source best candidates

Manage team members’ absences / lateness

Marketing & Visual Presentation Responsibilities

With team, create an attractive store based on planograms

Monitor competitor activity

Reflect brand image to build loyal customers

Assist in planning orders and set visual displays efficiently

Help maintain store and backstore appearance

Administration Responsibilities

Analyze sales, traffic, and productivity reports and share results with team

Open and close the store

Respect and apply head office policies and procedures

Perform other duties as required to support the team
