Reliability Engineer

This role will play a critical part in minimizing downtime, reducing maintenance costs, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our plant. This role owns and directly drives reduction in GE loss due to breakdowns by implementing Progressive Maintenance best practices. This role is the natural backup to the maintenance manager and back up PM Pillar Lead.Work with the maintenance planners to review, optimize and improve maintenance PMs and planned shutdowns to reduce unplanned GE losses. Follow up on post PM repair actions. (MP&S)Identify capability gaps within maintenance team members and work with maintenance manager to address.Work with engineering and maintenance team to ensure new projects integrate with existing PM standards including : Update to functional location structure.

• Strong SAP PM skills (ability to review and analyze functional location structure, work notifications and orders, maintenance plans, maintenance cost, stockroom inventory and parts movement).
• Expert at Root Cause Analysis and Breakdown Elimination.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis).
• Ability to analysis data and come up with insights (MS Excel).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex equipment issues.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Education :
