What You’ll Do

As a Merchandiser/Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in showcasing our Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac inventory to potential customers by:

Vehicle Listings & Descriptions

• Write compelling, detailed descriptions for new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features, specifications, and unique selling points.

• Ensure every vehicle listing reflects the quality and professionalism of the Forbes Motors brand.

Photography & Videography

• Capture high-quality photos and create engaging video walkarounds of vehicles for online platforms.

• Maintain a consistent, polished look across all media content.

Inventory Accuracy & Management

• Ensure all vehicles are correctly listed online with accurate information (pricing, mileage, trim, color, and transmission).

• Monitor and verify inventory syndication across major platforms like AutoTrader, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, and other vendor sites.

Collaboration with the Team

• Coordinate with the management, detailing, and sales teams to ensure vehicles are ready for photos, updates, or delivery.

• Assist with creating and printing window stickers and pricing tags for used vehicles.

Parking Lot Coordination

• Safely move vehicles to and from photography or display areas.

• Confidently operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

• Strong Attention to Detail: You ensure every vehicle listing is accurate and visually appealing.

• Creative Skills: Experience or interest in photography, videography, and/or copywriting.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with inventory management software and online syndication tools is an asset.

• Organizational Strength: You can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.

• Excellent Communication: You’re a collaborative team player who communicates clearly and effectively.

Requirements

• A valid Ontario driver’s license (Class G).

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
