Job description

Our client is hiring for their next Dock Workers to start work immediately in the Moncton, NB area ! As a Dock Worker, you would mostly be sorting, loading, and offloading packages, checking package labels, and checking for damages. Our client is looking for a keen team player, who works well in a busy environment and has forklift experience.

  • Please note that the facility is not accessible by public transit, so you need to have a car or your own transportation.
  • What We Offer
  • 18 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay added to your rate
  • Sunday 3 : 00pm, Monday OFF, Tuesday - Friday 5 : 00pm, Saturday OFF (there is no set off time, most shifts are 6 – 8 hours long)
  • Weekly pay, every Friday!

  • Free WHMIS Training

What You’ll Do

  • Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location (up to 50lbs)
  • Consult order forms daily to pick the appropriate product for each order in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse
  • Attention to detail is crucial in this role
  • Must be able to work in a very fast paced, team environment
  • Understanding the importance of workplace safety

    • What We’re Looking For

  • You must have Warehouse experience or related experience
  • You must have CSA-approved safety boots (steel toe boots that cover your ankle)
  • You must have a clean criminal background
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
