The Opportunity Your Impact Starts Here - As an Intermediate Environmental Consultant in our Site Assessment and Remediation team, you'll play a key role in delivering projects that protect communities and restore environments across Southern Ontario. From environmental site assessments to remediation strategies, your work will help clients meet regulatory requirements and achieve sustainable outcomes.
Your Impact - Conduct Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and support remediation projects.
- Apply knowledge of Ontario Regulation 406/19 (Excess Soil Management) in project planning and execution.
- Assist with proposals, conceptual site models, and work programs.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff in both field and office settings.
- Coordinate field programs, subcontractors, and equipment logistics.
- Review and interpret environmental data, lab results, and historical records.
- Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with O.Reg. 153/04 and other regulations.
- Build client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Promote health and safety practices across all project activities.
The Skills That Set You Apart - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in environmental consulting with a focus on site assessment and remediation.
- Eligibility for professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo) and Qualified Person (QP) status preferred.
- Strong understanding of Ontario environmental regulations (O.Reg. 153/04 & 406/19).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle for local fieldwork.

Compensation BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $69,700 - $92,300
MB & ON: $63,600 - $87,500
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $62,900 - $83,600
