This is a temporary assignment starting on September 10th for the next four weeks with the possibility of an extension.

Job Title : Inside Sales Representative - Hospitality Division
Reports to : Manager Recruitment
Work Hours : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm Monday to Friday
Location : Surrey 8232 120th Street, Suite 240
The Role :
The Inside Sales Representative works onsite within our offices. You will be responsible for selling and promoting our hospitality staffing services while performing a variety of business development, inside sales, and account management duties.
This position requires an energetic, smart, articulate, enthusiastic, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Business Development activities consisting of outbound telephone calls to prospective hospitality customers updating our database and selling our staffing services to new and existing Hiring Managers
- Using our database, you will be cold calling, warm calling, emailing, promoting, telemarketing, and using social media and referrals to generate new leads and develop and strengthen existing client relationships
- Generating new hospitality business in Canada with a focus on the Greater Vancouver, Fraser Valley areas, AB, SK and Manitoba.
- Creating new accounts and generating new contacts with existing clients
- Carrying out Account Management duties with existing clients
- Input Data Entry into our CRM system regularly
- Overseeing special projects and major accounts as directed by the Manager
Qualifications
- University Degree or Post-Secondary Diploma and / or equivalent B2B sales experience
- Previous Hospitality work experience is a major asset
- Good Proficiency with MS Office and CRM
- Previous inside sales, customer service, solution selling, and or intangible sales experience
- 1+ year of B2B inside sales experience (ideally within recruitment and staffing services or any professional services)
- Previous outbound telephone calling experience is necessary
- Excellent people skills and follow-up skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly outgoing disposition and a strong sense of urgency
- Advanced interpersonal and English communication skills both written and verbal, professional demeanor, strong relationship-building skills, and personal integrity
- Savvy, confident and competitive
We offer successful candidate recruitment industry training, a professional and supportive working environment, newly built offices, and an hourly rate depending on experience between $18 and $19 an hour plus vacation pay.
