Intermediate Azure DevOps (ADO) expert to support the optimization, standardization, and ongoing management of Azure DevOps (ADO) environments across a complex, enterprise-scale program within the Public Sector

Our valued public sector client is in need of a Senior, Reliability cleared Agile / Scrum Master to lead enterprise Agile delivery initiatives while driving governance-aligned reporting and analytics through Azure DevOps and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, etc.) across Scrum / Kanban teams
• Support and guide teams within a SAFe framework, including management of Epics, Features, and Program Increments
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with delivery objectives
• Ensure adherence to organizational governance structures and compliance requirements
• Configure and optimize Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts, and Dashboards
• Develop and manage ADO Analytics views, OData queries, and Analytics widgets to support reporting needs
• Design and build Power BI dashboards by connecting to ADO via OData feeds or direct connectors
• Support full SDLC processes from requirements through deployment and operations
• Provide visibility into team performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery health
• Collaborate with technical teams within the Azure ecosystem to ensure tool alignment and integration
