Night Fill Associate :

The Night Fill Associates are a key part of our dynamic team, not only do they help control the flow of the merchandise throughout the store, but they are also key with inventory control within the warehouse. Our Night Fill team members must be able to work within a fast-paced retail environment while having the ability to change focus, as required by Management. The need to follow best practices and processes are important for this individual to be successful. Safety shoes and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds along with being able to follow routines are requirements for this role. Hours of operation for Night Fill would work up to midnight. Night Fill Associates often work up to midnight to ensure that the products our customers want are on the shelves. It is a physical job, requiring both self-directedness and teamwork.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Fill merchandise on the floor and in storage according to established practices and policies
  • Keep stock and storage areas clean, faced, and orderly
  • Maintain stock rotation
  • Reconcile calculated inventories with physical counts
  • Handle dangerous goods and hazardous products according to established procedures
  • Maintain a professional appearance (uniform, hygiene, grooming & name tag)
  • Follow company, store, and department policies
  • Follow store health & safety program and observe provincial occupational health & safety regulations; report any observed or potential hazards immediately
  • Participate in meetings and all training, as required
  • Complete other tasks, as required

  • Able to lift 50lbs unassisted and carry as required
  • Able to stand for a period of 8 hours

  • Able to bend / reach for a period of 8 hours
  • Able to twist, turn, reach and work above shoulder level
  • Able to go up and down a ladder while carrying merchandise
