Position : Sport Instructor, Speed Skating

Position Type : Auxiliary (1 shift per week with opportunity to increase over time; expectation to commit to four 1.5–2 hour meetings throughout the season)
The Richmond Olympic Oval’s High Performance Speed Skating program provides competitive athletes with technical, tactical, and physical development opportunities to excel at the provincial, national, and international levels. The Sport Instructor, Speed Skating (Short Track) role supports Neo Junior and Junior athletes in the High Performance Competitive Stream while offering emerging coaches valuable experience working alongside a knowledgeable coaching team. This position focuses on technical skill development, performance analysis, and fostering a positive and holistic team culture.

Compensation range : $21.10 - $28.41 plus 12% in lieu of benefits (hourly rate is based on qualifications and experience)
