Job Description : Basic Functions :

• Estimate New Equipment Prep shop and field repairs for Construction and Resource Industry customers
• Provide support to front line sales and operations personnel
• Multi-task to manage assigned requests in the queue
• Maintain details of all estimates in the central database
• Assist in fulfilling our customer service commitment
• Assist Operations with Pre and Post Job reviews regarding estimate content when requested
• Assist with Aftermarket Repair Option development initiatives when required
• Assist with analytics and review of estimate variances where required
