Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Scheduler Dispatcher to join our client's team in Hamilton, ON. This is a temporary position offering a competitive salary of $24.50 per hour. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, dispatching, and customer service, with a strong ability to manage data entry and work under pressure.

Receive, assess, and respond to 1st and 2nd level customer service enquiries for our clientHandle generic email accounts, providing follow-up customer service responses.Place outbound calls to schedule appointments for Water Distribution Operators, Investigators, Meter Technicians, Sewer Technicians, etc.Dispatch emergency and priority service requests via two-way radio to field employees in a timely manner.Record all personnel status transactions and keep relevant parties updated on status changes.Receive requests for size and type services through email and phone.Create, assign, and track work orders, ensuring that results are communicated back to customers.Enter and update information into the computerized IPS (HANSEN) database system and external CMMS systems.Take information from phone, email, or other sources and input it into the system accurately.Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.Minimum of 2 years in scheduling and dispatching or relevant experience.Strong organization, planning, and communication skills.Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, MS Word, Office, and Google Docs.Strong oral and written communication skills.Professional attitude and appearance.Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not mandatory.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred but not required.Apply now to this?
