Job description

Matchbox Consulting Group is seeking a  Land Surveyor to join one of our clients who are a longstanding and leading geomatics firm specializing in providing innovative solutions across various industries, including energy, construction, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities :

Manage survey projects, including wellsite, pipeline, as-built, and legal surveys.

Collaborate with field crews, drafters, and other surveyors to deliver high-quality results.

Perform quality control of survey data and deliverables.

Create and submit project estimates to clients.

Liaise with clients to understand project scopes and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements :

Commissioned British Columbia Land Surveyor

5–10 years of experience in legal oilfield surveys.

Degree or diploma in Geomatics from a recognized institution.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with land survey drawings and Western Canadian Land Tenure systems.

Client-facing experience and ability to build strong relationships.
