The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000 – $86,000 CAD, commensurate with experience. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a sales performance-based bonus and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.
This is how you WOW:
- Identify "A-Type" national targets (Food Processing, 3PL Logistics, Automotive, BSC, Property Management) and map out decision-making units.
- Lead the RFP (Request for Proposal) process and negotiate multi-year national pricing and service-level agreements.
- Work with regional sales teams in all provinces to ensure seamless "boots on the ground" implementation of national contracts.
- Create ROI models to prove the value of Kärcher’s technology (labor savings, water reduction, chemical savings) to C-Suite executives.
- Maintain high-level relationships with VPs of Operations and Directors of Procurement.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- 7–10 years in B2B Business Development, with at least 3 years managing National or Key Accounts in Canada.
- Strong preference for a bilingual candidate (English/French).
- Ability to discuss Capex vs. Opex, and ROI, and be "data-savvy" (CRM, Excel, SAC).
- Comfortable discussing technical specifications (psi, flow rates, autonomous navigation) with customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to visit key industrial hubs in the GTA, Montreal, and Calgary/Edmonton.
