Job Description

The Process Development Manager contributes to the overall performance of the company by facilitating the identification and the development of any required processes throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze business processes and procedures and develop strategies to drive improvement.
  • Document processes, collect and analyses data as required.
  • Coordinate, plan, and lead key initiatives related to the implementation of new processes across all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate meetings related to continuous improvement initiatives and processes development across the company.
  • Train, coach, and guide teams through new methodologies and documentation of new processes.
  • Work with teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies and make recommendations.
  • Monitor performance of KPIs within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree : Industrial, Process Engineering, Administration or similar.
  • Lean Six Sigma green belt and Project management diploma is an asset.
  • 10 years or more of relevant experience; construction and / or consultancy
  • Process analysis is required, prefer lean or experience in other process improvement models.
  • Knowledge in the project management principles is required.
  • Ability to analyze data including identifying issues, implement methodologies and develop procedures.
  • Good understanding of Continuous Improvement and processes map principles.
  • Ability to communicate at different leadership levels; this skill is relevant for the position.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks and ability to manage deadlines and set appropriate priority levels.
  • Proficient knowledge of excel, MS Office and Visio; the knowledge of Power Bi is preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems and Detail-oriented.
  • Leadership skills to lead and motivate teams effectively and efficiently.
