Job Description

Accountabilities :

• Patient screening, intake / observation, assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, counseling, discharge planning, consultation and education
• Preparation of meals
• Attending monthly staff meetings
• Other facility-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Additional Information

DURATION : Approximately twelve (12) months or until the previous incumbent returns.

Hours : Currently Days / Evenings / Nights including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)

SALARY :

Minimum : $32.48 per hour

Maximum : $38.21 per hour
