Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Assisting with commercial sales, acquisitions, lease and financing
Preparing reporting letters to clients
Conducting various searches

The ideal candidate will have :

At least three years of experience with real estate and conveyancing, ideally with some commercial real estate experience.

Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Excel and document / knowledge management systems.

Demonstrated ability to handle and effectively prioritize work.

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary : $83,000 – $100,000 per year dependent on experience.
