A career within National Bank’s Brand, Content, and Advertising team means contributing to the establishment, growth, and visibility of a strong and bold brand across the country.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams, including our digital team, our partner agencies, and our different business lines.

With your leadership, listening skills, and curiosity, you will have a positive impact on the organization, projects, and the various teams involved.

Your Job

Define the strategy and plan, manage, and / or support the production of various initiatives related to our external communications and brand, including advertising campaigns and digital content (social media, articles, web pages, newsletters, podcasts, and much more!)

Align and ensure the consistency of the brand, messages, and the implementation of best practices for all your initiatives and those of other teams, if necessary.

Add your creative touch and brief our agencies to create the next impactful campaign for the Bank

Collaborate with our digital media team to select the best ad placements to highlight our message

Work with the digital strategy team to develop a new section of our website

Validate, manage, and follow up on the budgets of your initiatives

Dive into our analytics dashboards and other reports to understand the impact of your initiatives on our business objectives

Your team

Within the Brand, Content, and Advertising team, you are part of a team of six colleagues, and you report to Principal Director.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in your field

At least one of the following areas of expertise :

Digital content strategy

Multichannel campaign management

Editorial planning

Multiformat content production : articles, videos, social media, thought leadership, etc.

Languages :

Language : English

Reason to require this language : you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
