Your Opportunity

Dishwashing is a fast-paced andessential part of Mt. Washington Alpine Resort’s Food & Beverage team.Those applying to be a dishwasher will be highly motivated, work well on theirown as well as in a team atmosphere, work well under direction and are willingto learning new things. Many previous dishwashers have been trained toincorporate more responsibilities into their shift, such as helping with prep,as well as many dishwashers have moved on to be line cooks.

Responsibilities :

• All aspects ofdishwashing
• Regular temperaturechecks & maintenance of machines
• Ensuring a safe workenvironment and compliance to health department regulations
• Maintain a goodworking pace
• Maintain highstandards of cleanliness of systems

Required Experience & Qualifications :

must be able to get to the base of the mountain to take up the staff transit

must be able to work through out the summer months full time
