We are seeking a full-time bilingual (French / English) Senior Lease Analyst to join our team!

SUMMARY
The Senior Lease Analyst will be responsible for abstracting key information from lease agreements, maintaining lease data integrity within our database, and managing rental payments for landlords and tenants. This role offers guidance to less experienced team members and collaborates across departments to support building operations.

Safety Ownership and Compliance
Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety, fire protection, and legal requirements.Lease Abstraction
Review lease agreements to extract key provisions, clauses, options, and critical dates.Maintain accurate lease data in our management database.Rent Payment Processing
Process monthly and ad hoc rent payments.Prepare rent reports and adjust payments as needed.Generate reports for clients.Additional Rent Review
Review and verify operating cost increases and budget proposals.Ensure compliance with lease terms.Provide guidance to team members.Reporting
Create and analyze reports.Perform other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (RPA, CET preferred).3-5 years of experience in Lease Administration, Real Estate Accounting, or Property Management.Experience with lease management databases preferred.Ability to interpret complex lease language.Strong financial and analytical skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and in teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Licenses and Certifications
