Position Summary :

The School Support Advisor provides a range of behavioural strategies and delivers direct support to students with complex needs in elementary and secondary schools. The School Support Advisor is an active and collaborative member of the Student Services Team and liaises with community agencies on behalf of the student school and their family .

• Minimum of three years ofsupporting children and youth with diverse or complexlearning social or developmental needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working within a school board or school setting
• Must possess a valid drivers license and have access to a vehicle in order to travel and provide service throughout the district;
