About the Position

We are seeking an experienced User Interface Developer to enhance our online travel platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Your role will involve collaborating with our design team, implementing responsive designs, and ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.

We are looking for someone that is very enthusiastic about using A/I design tools and has experience with transitioning from MVC to React. These requirements are critical to your application.

This is a hands-on role where you'll actively contribute code while also ensuring the system remains secure, maintainable, and scalable.

What You'll Bring

Technical Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of website design experience
• React
• Terminal Shell & Vscode
• BOOTSTRAP4/5, LESS, SASS
• Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, CMS
• Extensive Responsive Web Design Experience, E-commerce, Agile Methodology, JIRA
• Working knowledge of Angular, React, Node, ES6, Typescript, JSP,ASP.NET , MVC, XSLT, JQUERY MOBILE, XML, and Karma
• Good knowledge of W3C standards
• Good knowledge of Accessibility, 508 Standards, WCAG 2.1+
  
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and tools
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side functionality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the overall user experience
• Experience / familiarity with using A/I design tools as part of the U/X design, implementation process
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into world-class user experiences
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
• A commitment to providing the best user experience possible

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!)

• SEO optimization, data analytics, and reporting experience
• Experience in the travel industry or with travel technology platforms
• Familiarity with AI-powered design & U/I test tools
