Forklift operator - Afternoon Shift

We are looking for a reliable, skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Brampton. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to safely and efficiently move materials within our warehouse. This job is located in the Kennedy and Steeles area, Monday to Friday, 1 : 30PM to 10 : 00PM

Responsibilities

Expert Operation : Operating the counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and stack materials.

Receiving & Shipping : Precisely executing the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound transport trucks.

Inventory Management : Stacking and storing materials accurately in designated warehouse locations.

Order Fulfillment : Performing accurate order picking to support distribution schedules.

Safety & Compliance : Diligently maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to all established safety protocols.

Qualifications

Validated Experience : 3 to 5 years of recent, hands-on experience operating a counterbalance forklift.

Certifications : Possession of a valid forklift operator license is mandatory.

Sector Knowledge : Proven experience (3-5 years) working in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.

Reliability & Focus : Exceptional attendance record, strong sense of responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail and safety.

Communication : Excellent verbal communication skills and the proven ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team.
