Maintenance Associate

Responsibilities:Address Maintenance Requests within 72 hoursPerform on-call emergency maintenanceVacant suite maintenance and touch ups per established quality standardsGeneral common area and building maintenanceCoordinate inspections of turnover suites with Customer Care TeamPreventative Maintenance inspections and reportingEnsure contractors complete their work per established quality standardsAssist with snow removal Complete other tasks and assist other sites as requiredExperience and Educational Requirements:2 years maintenance service experience required3 years renovation experience an assetTechnical Requirements:Working knowledge of English language both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with technology is an assetNon-Technical Requirements:Ensure to have all tools on the tool list prior to end of probationary period (list provided during interview)Ability to spend up to eight hours walking standing climbing stairs liftingAbility to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipmentAbility to fix the problem correctly the first timeStrong commitment to providing excellent customer serviceExcellent time-management skillsAbility to work independently and with others in a team environmentDemonstrates a positive attitude enthusiasm and assertivenessAdditional Requirements: Valid drivers licenseOwn reliable vehicleBoardwalk provides support in its recruitment processes to applicants with disabilities including accommodation that takes into account an applicants accessibility needs.
