Experience with project coordination and estimating in the construction industry.

Understanding of the dynamics of supplier relationships.

Good knowledge of our product lines.

Challenges awaiting you :

Provide contractors with accurate estimates and work with key suppliers and other internal associates to provide the right products at the right time in the right place.

Check the requirements, scope and objectives of each project to ensure that it is managed efficiently and profitably. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements.

Rigorously manage all aspects of purchase orders : documentation, communication, fulfillment and billing.

Monitor the progress of projects and deal with problems as they arise (flag and escalate to management if necessary). Follow up with the customer to guarantee the brand promise and a delivery that meets the needs of the project.

As necessary, negotiate prices and conditions of sale with suppliers in the best interests of the customer, while respecting acceptable margins.

Establish, develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers.

Keep your technical knowledge of product lines up to date and stay abreast of new developments in order to respond effectively to customers’ needs. Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your business skills.
