Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver a reliable and effective cloud platform
• DevOps
• Be a first point of contact in supporting customers and colleagues with technical issues
• Monitoring and evaluating the health of cloud platforms
• Developing tools that manage cloud platform using a wide variety of programming languages

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in CompSci or related (Math / Science) - Yes

Experience with Windows or Linux network OS - 2-4Y+

Strong customer service skills or experience - 1Y+

Strong communication skills - Yes

Passion for technology - 4Y+

Excellent problems solving and math skills - 4Y+

Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

Relevant Co-op Experience - 1Y+

IT Support Engineer Experience - 1Y+

Scripting - 1-2Y+

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (Knowledge or hands-on) - 1-2Y+

Ansible Automation Platform (Knowledge or hands-on) - 1-2Y+

SQL Databases and NOSQL Databases (Knowledge or hands-on) - 1-2Y+
