Responsibilities : Coordinate daily activities of the support team, ensuring balanced work distributionProvide advanced technical support for complex IT issues, optimizing systems and networksDevelop and oversee training programs for team members and clientsDrive projects to successful completion with a focus on quality and client satisfactionMaintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server / Desktop environments and critical systemsLead onboarding and training for new clients and team membersQualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldIndustry certifications : Microsoft O365 / Azure Role-Based, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCPMinimum 5 years of MSP or related experience, with proven leadership skillsExpertise in operating systems, business applications, and network systemsStrong project management abilities with a history of successful project deliveryExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilitiesSalary : $90-$120k / yearPlease note that the posted salary range for this role may vary based on seniority, qualifications, or prior experience.
