Position Overview
Experienced interior designer with a strong background in retail, commercial, and corporate projects. Skilled in leading projects from concept through construction, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Currently pursuing NCIDQ certification and seeking a leadership role in a collaborative design environment.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Leading interior design projects across commercial, corporate, hospitality, and residential sectors.
- Preparing construction documents, tender/permit packages, specifications, and detailed millwork drawings.
- Developing concept presentations, space plans, FF&E selections, and 3D visualizations using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Conducting client meetings, presenting designs, and integrating feedback while maintaining timelines.
- Reviewing design documents for accuracy, code compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and deliverables from start to finish.
- Providing design consultations and solutions tailored to diverse cultural and functional needs.
Must-Haves:
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
