We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advisory Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing strategic financial advisory services, with a strong background in accounting and business consulting.
This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions to enhance their financial performance and operational efficiency.
Client Advisory Services :
Provide strategic financial advice to clients, including financial planning, risk management, and business growth strategies.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and develop actionable insights to support client decision-making.
Assist clients with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, and integration processes.
Develop and implement financial models to support business planning and forecasting
Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing personalized service.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering proactive advice and solutions to address their financial and operational challenges.
Regularly meet with clients to review their financial performance and provide ongoing support.
Team Leadership :
Lead and mentor a team of junior advisors and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting professional development and continuous learning.
Oversee the work of team members, ensuring accuracy and adherence to firm standards and regulatory requirements.
Business Development :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the firm's client base and service offerings.
Develop proposals and presentations to attract new clients and secure engagements.
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the firm and build professional connections.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA designation preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial advisory, consulting, or a related role within an accounting firm.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a team.
Demonstrated business development skills with a track record of growing client portfolios.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis tools.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
