Your new role

The Senior Architect leads projects through all design and construction phases, ensuring quality and mentoring the team. They should have a professional degree in architecture, over 10 years of experience, and be well-versed in local bylaws and planning processes. They should also demonstrate excellent organizational skills, design acumen, and a collaborative approach to leading teams. The role involves managing project health, handling client issues professionally, and contributing to thepany’s growth. The Senior Architect reports to the Director of Architecture.

What you'll need to succeed

10+ years of post graduate experience in an Architecture office in a variety of project types with a developed understanding of all aspects of the industry

Has experience leading project teams and contributing to all phases of the project

Has experience managing client contracts, deliverables and overall project health

What you'll get in return

In exchange for your hard work andmitment, you will receive aprehensivepensation package including apetitive base salary ($90,000 - $130,000).
