Pattison Media has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, talented and team-oriented News Reporter / Morning Co-host looking to advance their career in broadcasting. Based in Brandon, MB, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities :

News responsibilities :

• Lead production of news content for web and radio to enhance the competitive position for two radio stations.
• Ensure a consistent experience for listeners.
• Good storyteller, in short form.
• Write morning news for both 94-7 STAR and Q Country
• Write and voice Agricultural reports.
• Balancing diverse needs of our audience and regional landscape.
• Being highly involved in the community in a news capacity or as a company representative.
• Daily news reporting and anchoring.
