Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, offering comprehensive support from implementation to ongoing assistance.
  • Foster and strengthen client relationships, enhancing product / service adoption rates and overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with client contacts, including senior-level executives.
  • Support new business sales opportunities in conjunction with the McFadden Team.
  • Uphold and promote the organization’s brand identity in the marketplace.
  • Create client communication videos and contribute to marketing collateral.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations highlighting product / service benefits and ROI.
  • Ensure and maintain overall client satisfaction.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual account reviews to effectively manage account lifecycles.
  • Analyze and document client results to meet their evolving needs.
  • Provide training to associate account managers and Sales Associates.
  • Raise awareness of new products and services among client accounts.
  • Share in the responsibility for building, maintaining, managing, and marketing the McFadden Benefits & Pension Wellness Platform.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field or equivalent experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role, preferably in employee benefits or HR consulting.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, compliance regulations, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, retention accounting, benefits pricing, and ASO contracts.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative and communication skills.
  • Expertise in assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills.
  • Skilled in creating and editing sales materials and presentations.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Apple technology.
  • Willingness to travel to attend client meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
