HireArt is helping our client find an IT Support Specialist to join its team.
In this role, you’ll serve as the front-line technical support resource for employees, contractors, and visitors. You’ll manage day-to-day user support, device setup, account provisioning, and on-site IT coordination. The role emphasizes user experience and systems readiness, with occasional support for hardware installation projects alongside the field technician.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and enjoys solving technical problems in a people-facing environment. You’re comfortable juggling multiple requests, documenting solutions, and maintaining a secure, well-run IT operation.

Commitment : This is a full-time, 1-year contract position (with the possibility of extension) staffed via HireArt. It will be onsite and available to candidates local to the Austin, TX area.
