Sales Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a growing sales team, driving performance, accountability, and professional development

• Set clear sales strategies, goals, and quotas aligned with company objectives

• Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting to leadership

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency

• Foster a strong team dynamic that balances healthy competition with collaboration

• Act as the key liaison between the sales team and office leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment

• Be a visible, supportive leader who shows up for their team and leads by example

• In-office | Monday - Friday

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or sales management

• A proven track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams

• Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute day-to-day

• High emotional intelligence with a supportive, people-first leadership style

• Confidence using CRM systems, sales metrics, and forecasting tools

• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments is considered a strong asset

• A true go-getter mindset—self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
