Customer Service Specialist

We are partnering with a fast-growing, organization in the homeownership and real estate services space to hire Client Concierge / Relationship-Focused Customer Experience professionals as part of a net-new growth initiative. This role is designed to support homeowners from the moment of possession through the early stages of ownership, acting as a trusted, ongoing point of contact rather than a one-time transactional support resource. The focus has intentionally evolved from purely move-in coordination to relationship stewardship , helping clients navigate a broader ecosystem of services including mortgage support, realty relationships, insurance, and other value-added offerings. The concierge acts as a guide throughout the homeownership journey, building trust, deepening engagement with the platform, and ensuring clients view the organization as a long-term partner—not just a move-day solution.

This is a client-facing, relationship-driven support role that blends customer experience, operational execution, and proactive follow-through. Individuals in this position manage a high volume of client relationships (currently ~100–200 clients monthly), complete in-app tasks with precision, conduct research, coordinate next steps, and collaborate closely with internal CX and Move Expert teams to deliver a consistently high-touch experience.

While the role sits within a support function, the mandate is increasingly relationship-oriented , requiring someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience who has demonstrated traction in managing and nurturing client relationships.
