About the job
- Work closely with the National Commodities Manager to develop our precious metal storage business
- Work with current and future customers for long and short term opportunities
- Be a dedicated point of contact for all current and future precious metal accounts
- Keep accurate and up to date physical inventories (serial numbers, weighing bars, etc.)
- Be responsible for maintaining records for billing and administration purposes (e.g. confirmation of trades / movements)
- Work with operations and local security, ensuring our storage meets all requirements under the CSR (Country Security Regulations)
- Scheduling / Conducting Internal & Externals Audits when required
- Dedicated point of contact for various commodities clients
- Upon request create and send bar list to fulfill daily trades
Qualifications
Day to day trading knowledge
High analytical skills for reporting and balancing
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle detailed instructions under pressure
Ability to multitask
Strong internal and external customer focusWork effectively alone or in team scenarios
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Must be able to work flex hours as required
