Key Responsibilities :

• Developing a comprehensive architectural design that integrates SMART IT with the BMCHelix ITSM environment, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Implementation Planning.
• Customization and Configuration : Tailoring SMART IT to meet the specific needs of the organization, including custom workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Data Migration : Ensuring the accurate and secure migration of data to the new SMART IT-enabled environment.
• Conducting thorough testing to validate the functionality and performance of SMART IT in the new environment.
• Post-Implementation Support.
